Our garments are cut for a modern regular fit — not slim enough to restrict movement, not relaxed enough to look unintentional. The shoulder seam sits exactly at the shoulder, the chest has room without excess, and the hem is long enough to tuck cleanly. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed drape.

Always size for your chest measurement first. Our Oxford and poplin shirts have a gentle taper through the body that accommodates a range of waist measurements without alterations. If you find the waist fits but the chest is tight, size up. A good tailor can take in the waist for under ₹300.

We pre-wash all fabrics before cutting, so shrinkage is minimal — typically less than 1% after the first wash. Wash at 30°C and air dry flat (as indicated on the care label) to maintain the fit you received. Avoid tumble drying.

Yes — every product page has a Size Guide link that opens a detailed measurement chart. All measurements are body measurements in inches. For reference: our Medium fits a 38-inch chest and a 32-inch waist.

All our fabrics are sourced from mills in Gujarat and Tamil Nadu — the same supply chain that produces fabric for well-regarded export brands. We specify the GSM, weave structure, and finish for each product. Nothing is sourced off-the-shelf without testing.

Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Use a colour-safe detergent. Remove promptly and air dry on a hanger to maintain the collar and cuff shape. Iron while slightly damp on a medium setting. Do not bleach. The Oxford weave softens with each wash and improves with age.

Lay the polo flat or hang it immediately after washing, while the fabric is still damp. Smooth the collar flat with your hands. Iron the collar from the underside on a medium-low setting. Our 220 GSM piqué is engineered to hold collar shape — most curling issues resolve after the first proper wash and dry cycle.

Yes. We run colour fastness evaluations on every new production batch, testing both wash fastness and perspiration fastness. Our navy and burgundy tones meet IS 766 standards. You should not see colour transfer onto lighter garments in normal wear conditions.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Standard delivery to major Indian cities takes 3–5 business days. Remote pin codes may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

Free standard shipping is available on all orders above ₹1,999. Orders below this threshold attract a flat shipping fee of ₹99 anywhere in India.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order enters our dispatch queue and cannot be changed. Please email us at orders@reeves.in as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes.

Not at present. We ship to all pin codes within India. International shipping is something we are actively working toward — subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when it becomes available.

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed garments with all original tags attached. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Yes — free size exchanges are available on all orders. Simply email exchanges@reeves.in with your order number and the size you need. We will ship the replacement once we receive the original. The first exchange on every order is free; subsequent exchanges attract a ₹99 processing fee.

We are sorry if this happens. Please email us at support@reeves.in within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
